The
largest capital increase project in 2009
CEA successfully
undertook the asset appraisal of the major asset reorganization project of
Yangtze Power (600900), which is largest hydroelectric power supplier in China.
In September 2009, Yangtze Power acquired related assets of its controlling
shareholder: China Three Gorges Corporation and the consideration was debt
undertaking, non-public offering of shares and cash. Herein, the number of
issued shares to CTGC was 1,587,914,543, becoming the largest capital increase
project in 2009.
