On July 6, 2012, CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred
to as the “CITIC Heavy Industries”) was successfully listed and traded on the
Shanghai Stock Exchange. It was the year-to-date largest IPO at the Main Board
of China A-share market passing the review of the CSRC. It marked the first
stock issued in accordance with new rules since the promulgation of new share
issuance rules. Being the exclusive appraisal institution of the restructuring
and listing of CITIC Heavy Industries, the Company would like to take this
