Mr. LI is a shareholder of the Company. He graduated from the China Academy of Social Sciences, majoring in finance and trade. He is a Master degree holder. He is one of the first batch of certified asset valuers approved by China’s asset appraisal industry, the full-time member of the third to fifth GEM Issuance Review Committee of the CSRC, the member of China Certified Asset Valuer Qualification Exams Questions Compilation Group, the member of the Right Maintenance Committee of Beijing Appraisal Society, China Securities Investment Consulting Analyst, and a senior expert in the asset appraisal industry. He once assisted the MOF’s Enterprise Department in carrying out work and participated in the review of large enterprise appraisals of the MOF, the SASAC under the State Council and local SASACs as an expert on several occasions. He also made important speeches at corporate restructuring seminars on several occasions. He participated in, coordinated and reviewed more than 1,000 projects.
