Ms. SUN is a Shareholder, originally working at a state organ, and the Company’s founder. She is a member of the MOF’s China Asset Appraisal Standards Committee. She is one of the managing directors of CAS, and one of the first batch of certified asset valuers approved by China’s asset appraisal industry, and one of the top ten female valuers in China, and a senior member. At the same time, she acts on the specially invited Vice President and Managing Director of the China Association of Women Entrepreneurs (CAWE); her other social positions include: the Managing Director of China Mergers & Acquisitions Association (CMAA), and the 13-session and 14-session Beijing Dongcheng District NPC representative, member of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Dongcheng District NPC, Vice President of CACFO’s private club, and Managing Director of China Eminence Female Association. She served as CEA Chairwoman for 20 years. During her tenure, she signed all asset appraisal reports for all the projects in the Company. She won many honorary titles, such as “China Top 10 Credible People of China Asset Appraisal Service Reform and Innovation”, “China Women Entrepreneurs with Outstanding Influence”, “China Top 100 Innovation Leaders in Brand Construction Practice”, “Special Honor Prize of China Economic Women of the Year”, “Brand China (Asset Appraisal Industry) Person of the Year”, “China Property Value Leader”, “China Best 10 Female Certified Asset Valuers”, “Meritorious Character Award in Financial During the 60 Years of the New China”, “China Top 10 Economic Women of the Year”, “China Economic Development Special Contribution Character Award”, and “China Influential Women Entrepreneurs” and so on. She has attended a host of major international meetings. She has also given speeches at the Summit for Global Women Entrepreneurs on many occasions.
